At 11:30 a.m. on April 25, 2018, Unitil Corporation (the “Company”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at its offices in Hampton, NH. Following the formal business of the meeting, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas P. Meissner, Jr., plans to make a presentation to the Company’s shareholders.
