Dr. Awad has been a partner and managing director of the Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”), a global management consulting firm, since 2011, and is the leader of the BCG office in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to consulting, Dr. Awad was an assistant professor at the Wayne State University School of Business, a public research university in Detroit, Michigan. She is active in public speaking engagements, including TED Talks, as a strategic technology innovation leader.
