Hampton, NH (May 1, 2001) – Usource L.L.C, an affiliate of Unitil Corporation (AMEX: UTL), today announced an agreement with CBIA Service Corp., an affiliate of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA), to provide energy e-commerce services in support of CBIASC’s Energy Connections Program for commercial, industrial and government buyers throughout the State of Connecticut. This agreement solidifies the CBIASC’s existing energy procurement services and offers Connecticut’s major energy consumers expanded access to a sophisticated energy solutions marketplace.
